Where can I receive my order?

It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box) or to Imatio store .

How long will my order take to arrive?

Free shipping - delivery for orders in Greece & Cyprus in 1 - 3 days.

How much do I pay for delivery service?

Store delivery – FREE.

Standard delivery in Greece & Cyprus – FREE for orders over 100€.

Standard delivery in Europe - 40 EUR  (FREE for orders over 400 EUR)

Standard delivery  Worldwide - 60 EUR  (FREE for orders over 400 EUR)

Express delivery in Greece & Cyprus – 20 EUR

Express delivery in Europe - 80 EUR

Express delivery in Worldwide - 100 EUR

Can I track my order?

Yes, in www.elta.gr or  www.dhl.com 

What is the home delivery process?

If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse), another with the tracking number (with a link to the courier's web page).

What is the store delivery process?

If you have chosen store delivery, we will send you a text message when your order has arrived (you will have 15 days to collect it). It is necessary to show the order number and the ID of the person who collects the parcel.

*(Additional shipping costs may arise in some cases, due to the size of the order, and with no prior notice and approval of the customer).

*Imatio.gr may needs up to 2 working days in order to handle each shipment correctly.
