CHANGE PROCEDURE

• Visit our website www.imatio.gr and place a new order with the products you want.

• In the final stage of the order, in the comments box, complete the following:

1.“Refers to previous order change”

2. Order number

3.Code and product you are returning.

• We will ship the new order to you and as soon as you receive it, the distributor will be ordered to pick up the product you are returning.

• The product should be properly packaged for shipment.

• Shipping costs are 4 € for the whole process.

CHANGE POLICY

• You have the right to return the entire order or a part of it within 14 days of its receipt.

• Also, products are not refundable if the special markings have been removed or damaged (protectors, tabs, authenticity labels, packaging).

• All products which returned to our warehouses are subject to quality control. Any products that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at his own expense.

• In case you receive a different product from your order, the refund is at our own cost, upon request.
