1. How do I make a purchase?

Shopping at imatio.gr is very easy. Just follow these steps:
Choose the section (woman, man, sales, designers) and then the product type.
View the products you are interested in and click on the photograph to zoom in and see every detail, available sizes, composition, reference code and price.
Select an item of clothing and add it to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.
If you would like to process your order you can do so by either registering or checking-out as a guest.
Choose a delivery method.
Select a payment method.
Confirm the order.
You will receive an email confirming your order.

2. Can I order by telephone?

Yes — call us on : +302810346748 with details of the item you wish to purchase and your billing information and we will process your order.

Tuesday - Thursday - Friday : 09:30 - 14:30 , 17:00 - 21:00

3. How can I pay for my order?

Payment methods
There is the possibility to pay for products in the following ways:
Cash on delivery. (for orders in Greece and Cyprus) With this method, payment is made at your desired destination. The money is given to the representative of imatio.gr or the representative of the courier company.
Credit Card with the security of Eurobank Bank account deposit. You can deposit money for your orders with one of the lowest accounts of www.imatio.gr You can also use the e-Banking feature. In deposits from other banks, the costs are charged to the depositor and not to imatio.gr (When transferring to expenses, select Deputy Director (DEPT / OUR)). No remittances that are charged imatio.gr are accepted.
